Business Development Centre
Welcome to the Business Development Centre at Eanam Wharf, a fully-refurbished Grade II listed building and former canal warehouse. On the banks of the Leeds Liverpool canal the centre has 28 self-contained incubator units available to let in a managed environment.
The centre exists to help small to medium sized business start ups. Tenants have use of additional use facilities which include; High speed wireless broadband, switchboard and reception service, clerical support and use of kitchen and meeting facilities. Conference and meeting facilities are also available for hire, and include full audio visual presentation. All at competitive prices.
